The rooms were clean and very good quality for the price, and the desk staff were friendly. The shuttle was the problem. I spent 10 minutes waiting on a call billed at €.50 a minute, but nobody answered when I tried to ask about it. The pickup point at Roissypole was also very unclear, and I had to ask four airport employees where to find it. The hotel website doesn’t explain the pickup location, frequency, or cost, and we lost a lot of time at the airport late at night. We took an Uber the next day for the same price. Without those shuttle issues, this would have been a 5/5 for me.

My convention was near the hotel, so I chose it even though I’d seen the bad reviews. I planned my route from CdG airport in advance, and Google maps took me to the right bus stop. The buses have screens showing the next stop, and each one cost 2.50. The room was okay, clean enough, with a good shower, strong water pressure, and hot water. I was out most of the day and didn’t spend much time at the hotel. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and spoke English. It worked out well and was really convenient for the convention.

This is not a pleasant place to start or finish a journey. When I pointed out that the shuttle directions in their email were misleading, the staff were rude and dismissive. The email sent me to the taxi stand at terminal 3, but the shuttle was at the taxi stand at terminal 1, so I walked about a kilometer to the wrong place and back. The hotel has the look and feel of a bus station restroom. Stay away unless that sounds appealing.

The staff were welcoming, warm, and always willing to help, and the cleanliness and attention to detail stood out. Our room was spacious, nicely decorated, and comfortable. The location made sightseeing easy, with excellent local dining options. A really enjoyable, stress-free stay. Highly recommended for a visit to Paris!
