The staff were very nice, but I can't say how effective they were at handling requests. At our conference we spent several hours trying to get soap in the men's restroom. After four requests over four hours, they finally replaced the misplaced hand lotion with soap. My room door also wouldn't close and lock on its own because of a deadbolt problem, so it stayed open. I asked several times during my five-day stay, but nothing was done.

We stayed here for Christmas 2025 and really enjoyed it. The lobby and room were clean, the room fit my family, and there were plenty of breakfast options. There's also a heated pool with lockers and lots of towels. One thing in room 1105 needs attention: the shower soap holder is badly positioned and has sharp edges, so someone could get hurt on it. It would be better moved into the corner below the shower head.

A good option for a longer stay, with self-service laundry and a kitchenette stocked with a full set of utensils and a dishwasher if you want to cook. Breakfast was good too. Parking is charged by the hours you use, not for the whole day, and you can pay when you leave.

We asked for a crib, but it took more than two hours to arrive despite repeated requests. My husband had to go down to reception several times because nobody kept us updated, and our calls to the front desk went unanswered. This made an already stressful stay with a toddler even harder. We'd requested a room near the elevator, but were told the hotel was full and given one at the far end of the hall. The couch had a metal bar sticking out and was unsafe for a child, and the sink wouldn't drain. After we reported it, the desk again said there were no rooms until maintenance confirmed the couch couldn't be fixed. Then suddenly a room near the elevator became available. It was smaller and clearly not the suite we had paid for, which felt like a downgrade. The lack of transparency, inconsistent information, and poor service made the stay extremely frustrating. We wouldn't recommend the Hyatt House CDG based on our experience.
