The English-speaking staff were helpful and welcoming, which made my stay pleasant. I needed somewhere to crash after recent flight cancellations, and the room was clean and comfortable, though fairly basic. The bed was comfy and the shower very good. The heating never really got the room warm enough for my liking, and not having milk sachets was a small inconvenience.

Really good atmosphere, service and prices for both the bar and room. The room was exceptionally clean, and breakfast had a wide choice of food. The location could be better, though.

Our flight was cancelled, so we found a room at the last minute, and checking in was effortless. The hotel looks stylish, the staff are lovely, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It's close to the airport too. We had cocktails at the bar and dinner in the restaurant, and both were great.

After an exhausting 8.5-hour flight from Abu Dhabi to Paris, I expected basic help, but the service felt disorganized and dismissive from the start. The airport pickup driver didn't help us with our luggage, which was surprising for a hotel serving travelers with heavy bags. When I called reception to order food, the first person heard me speaking English and immediately put me on hold. I waited over 5 minutes before someone else picked up. Then I was told the restaurant was closed, despite the in-room menu saying food service was available 24/7. They said it would reopen at 11 PM, leaving late arrivals from long flights with no food options. Clear information and basic hospitality shouldn't be too much to ask. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're arriving late and expect proper service.
