It was a little disappointing that our room wasn’t made up until after 4 in the afternoon. Otherwise, this small boutique-style hotel was in a great spot, an easy walk from just about everything Rouen has to offer. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel and rooms were in excellent condition. Our room was on the small side but perfectly adequate.

The breakfast was very good, with plenty of choices, and the staff were attentive and kind. Our beds were extremely comfortable, the room was sparkling clean, and the sound insulation was very good. It’s a beautifully decorated little gem in Rouen.

The room and bathroom were spotless, the bed super comfortable, and the bathroom linens lovely. It’s a beautiful boutique hotel with a wonderful atmosphere, and the staff are kind and helpful. You can reach the city centre and Cathedral in two minutes, and the train station is a 15-20 minute walk away. There’s food and shopping nearby. I’d give it six stars if I could.

The front desk staff were very friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful, and the service was very good. My wife accidentally left her hearing aids behind on September 14th. We’ve contacted reception by phone and email and are waiting to hear back so we can arrange for DHL to return them to us in Ontario, Canada, with the expenses paid. We hope to hear back soon.

The hotel was clean and in a very good location near the centre. Our room was a bit small for two, but it was quiet when we stayed at the beginning of September. We didn’t have breakfast, and most of the time nobody was around, so I can’t say much about the service. When we did see staff, everyone was super friendly. It was a very nice stay.
