The reception staff were exceptionally well trained and helpful. The tourists in my group appreciated that the women also spoke English or Spanish. Many thanks to Lilyrosa, Pamela, Alejandra, and Antonina for their hospitality. I hope they remember our group. I recommend this hotel with all my heart. The place gave us a home-like feeling. It’s about a 20-minute walk from Place Champlain, the Flixbus or Bla bla bla bus station. T4 is around 10 minutes away and connects the hotel to Gare Vert Rive Droit, as does T5. A warning for Saturday visitors: public transport is free that day by municipal order, so don’t buy tickets.

The room was clean and comfortable, and staff were polite and friendly. Secure parking is available for a low cost. Excellent hotel, I’d recommend it to everyone.

The hotel was tidy and clean, in a good location, and the staff were polite. One room had air conditioning that didn’t work, and there was a terrible smell from the drains. At breakfast one morning, all the meat had run out. Staff brought more when we asked, but it would’ve been better if we hadn’t needed to prompt them.

The staff were helpful, and I enjoyed the breakfast, which had everything necessary. Our group tour stayed here. There’s no luxury or particular feeling of comfort, but the beds were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom had everything I needed. It can get a bit noisy because the hotel is close to a football field.

The breakfast was poor, and the dishes looked worn. In the room, the floors hadn’t been vacuumed, the curtains seemed unwashed, the air conditioning didn’t work, and the shower leaked. There wasn’t even a hairdryer in the bathroom. Two stars at most. We wouldn’t stay here again.
