We spent one night in early December in the lovely gîte run by Frédérique and her husband, and everything was spot on. The place was very clean and tastefully decorated, and the village is charming, with nice walks nearby if you want a proper break. They were so welcoming and helpful. Dinner had a varied, delicious selection, and breakfast was generous and high quality. Nothing to complain about at all. Thanks to you both :) Caroline and Damien, the beekeepers of Saint-André (-les-Alpes :)

Such a charming cottage, decorated with care, and a great fit for anyone who loves nature and quiet. The host was attentive and welcoming, and cooks wonderfully. Breakfast was excellent too. We recommend it highly.

The meal and breakfast were both excellent, and we had a wonderful weekend. We've never felt so warmly welcomed at a guesthouse. Frédéric has a lovely, deeply human way about her. She's inspiring, loves life, and really cares about people. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here. Emma & Tanguy

The owner was thoughtful, kind, and discreet, and the bedding was so comfortable, which matters a lot to me. The cottage had everything we needed and was spotless, with beautiful decor. We loved the meals, desserts, and herbal teas 😘 The region is gorgeous and feels like a real change of scene. Thank you, Frédérique, for such a relaxing, enchanting break from our "urban" routine. We’ll be back.
