We stayed on half pension and had a lovely retreat after getting soaked on the Camino, with pouring rain the next day. Food and coffee matter to me, and there was plenty of choice. Supper and breakfast were smorgasbord style.

The rooms are comfortable, the manager is friendly, and the food is unbelievably good, both in quality and portion size. The place is right on the GR65 and went well beyond what I expected. I’d stay again in a heartbeat. It’s exactly the kind of place you hope to find on a long-distance hike, but rarely do.

The location is convenient, and the room has a fan, which you need at night when the temperature is 29c. The local steak is good. Don't get the buffet!

Arriving at the hotel soaking wet and being welcomed so warmly by Elyse and Vanier was a great start. Vanier is the cook, and wow, what a meal. The buffet was the best imaginable, with lots of healthy choices, delicious salads, main courses, and desserts. The beds were soooo comfortable too. An excellent hotel, devoted to keeping its guests happy!

Lunch here was a great experience. The food was good, they put together a vegetarian option on the spot, and they gave us cold water to refill our bottles for the road. Highly recommend!
