The room was spacious, super comfortable, and quiet. Catherine and Philippe were kind, caring hosts who made us feel at home, with thoughtful touches like homemade breakfast jams and detailed help with all our questions. L'Escapade Bellepierre is away from the bustle of Saint Denis, with incredible city and ocean views, including from the pool. We’d definitely recommend staying here.

The view down to the city center was amazing, and the place was so peaceful. The rooms were great and very clean, and breakfast was good. The owners gave us a warm welcome, and Catherine even called to offer us a lift from the city center. We can highly recommend this hotel.

Philippe went out of his way to make us feel welcome, and breakfast was excellent, generous, and varied. This is a peaceful little haven with an exceptional view over Saint-Denis and the Indian Ocean. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated. We highly recommend it.

Catherine and Philippe welcomed us so warmly that our stay felt sublime. We’ve lived on the island for 24 years and love finding new places, and this one is a gem: a superb house in a magnificent garden overlooking the city and ocean. We’ll be back and will spread the word. Christine and Pascal

The calm, starry nights, sleeping with the window open without mosquitoes, and waking up to delicious breakfast by the pool are all things I’ll miss. The air was scented with blossoms from the majestic ylang-ylang, and there were views of the sea, mountains, and forest. Catherine and Philippe were so kind. Why leave this Bellepierre getaway? To come back, as soon as possible!
