Novotel Paris Stade Basilique

During the busy breakfast rush, someone who wasn't authorized got into the hotel breakfast area, which is supposed to be for paying guests and monitored by staff. They stole a family member's personal belongings, including important things, within seconds. The incident was captured on CCTV. We raised it with staff. They said breakfast can get chaotic and people may be overlooked. I understand that, and I'm grateful nobody was harmed, but it still leaves concerns about access control and guest safety, especially with families and children around. Future guests should keep a close eye on their belongings, even inside the hotel.

We weren't guests at the hotel, but had come for a conference that unfortunately turned out to be a scam. During a very stressful time, general manager Corentin Dubois took time to hear us out, help us assess what had happened, and check what he could from his side. He ultimately confirmed it was likely a scam, reassured us, and gave us practical ideas for what to do next. He could have said it wasn't the hotel's responsibility, but instead went out of his way to help. As ALL – Accor members, we appreciated his empathy and service. Corentin is a real asset to the hotel and the Accor brand. Thank you again for your kindness and professionalism.

Woeser was kind, welcoming, and always there to help with anything we needed. Thanks to her, our stay was even more enjoyable. Everything was clean and cozy, and the whole trip felt easy and relaxing. We really enjoyed it and can't wait to come back!

The hotel is right by the train station, so getting into central Paris was easy. We were there for a friend's birthday a couple of weeks ago, and the reception staff were accommodating. When they heard why we were there, they decorated the room, which my friend loved. The room was spacious and pretty, with lots of storage. Breakfast was okay. I'd come again!
