The different corners of Chateau de Saint Felix were lovely to explore, and the grounds and views were charming too. I was there this summer photographing a wedding welcome evening. One of the best moments was everyone heading into a woodland clearing to dance late into the night. Thanks for having me, Olly Knight Photography.

The staff made all our guests feel so welcome, and Aude was a great host, always there when we needed help but never intrusive. It felt like staying in our own home, and I wish it really were ours! 😂 We loved having our close family and friends stay with us in the chateau for the whole wedding weekend. The main chateau rooms are beautiful and tastefully decorated, and breakfast was delicious. There are good facilities too. Our guests especially enjoyed the natural pool the day after the wedding, and we liked walking in the countryside nearby. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful place to get married. Merci Aude and the rest of the team! I'd happily recommend it to anyone looking for a wedding venue in this part of France.

The spa was tucked beneath magnificent stone vaults, with a sauna, hammam, sensory shower and indoor pool with jets. A massage is a must to round out the relaxing stay. We arrived to such a warm welcome and felt at home, while still enjoying hotel comforts and a remarkable setting. Dinner was fabulous, all made from scratch in the open kitchen. The chef talked us through every dish and was happy to answer our questions. Breakfast was generous, with organic juices and unusual, delicious homemade jams. The historic building is beautiful and nicely decorated. Our room was spacious, thoughtfully laid out and had a very comfortable bed. There were plenty of towels, plus slippers, a bathrobe and sandals for the spa. The grounds are huge, with nature walks, lots of terraces furnished with loungers, tables and chairs, and even swings. A wonderful, peaceful escape.

The castle owners are very kind, and this is one of my favorite places in the region. It's a beautiful, idyllic spot where you can really relax, and it would suit lots of occasions, including a wedding.

The owners were so welcoming, and it was a lovely place to work at for a wedding reception. I hope I get to come back. Nicolas Elsen, Photographer
