Finding your way around the hotel was confusing. The signs, especially in the lifts, were poor, so it was easy to get disoriented. The location for the ski lift isn't too bad, and the rooms were okay, but the beds were uncomfortable and the room got really hot overnight. We were on the all-inclusive plan and found both the food and drinks disappointing. Luckily, the pizza place around the corner was great. The hotel also feels a bit worn and dated. I didn't enjoy staying here and won't come back.

We had a great four-night stay with the all-inclusive option, and thought it was good value for money. The hotel was cozy and clean, the staff were very polite and helpful, and the mountain views were amazing. There was a long buffet with plenty of food choices, and we liked the food. The spa was very clean too. The outdoor pool was okay, though it could have been warmer. One small annoyance: the bathroom and entrance closet lights switched on automatically, and we couldn't shut the doors quickly enough to keep the light from disturbing the others sleeping in the room. We’d like to return and would definitely recommend it.

REPLYING TO THE HOTEL’S RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW!! First, the hotel mixed us up with another customer. We hadn’t asked for anything about check-in and had no trouble with the check-in process. Also, we never put up a Do Not Disturb sign. Are they making this up? The female receptionist working daytime, who I think was in her forties, didn’t speak English. The photos I posted show the hotel's condition for themselves. Honestly, after looking at them, the hotel should be embarrassed. I know this sounds harsh, but we were very disappointed by the condition. I also won't book a holiday with Weski again. We can't trust their hotel choices anymore. The hotel was very old and a dump. Our room was on a lower floor and stank. It hadn't been cleaned properly, and although we asked for fresh bed sheets, they weren't changed once during our five days there. We couldn't communicate with the daytime receptionist, who didn't speak a single word of English. The hotel's pictures were misleading. I posted photos here. Don't stay there, don't waste your money or time. If you've booked it, honestly, cancel and book somewhere else.

The hotel offers a lot for the money, and Regis the manager was professional, kind and helpful. The staff team were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, so thank you to everyone. We’d definitely return. The rooms aren't luxury five-star rooms, they're winter ski accommodation and, like many such places, a little old. Still, ours was clean and comfortable, with fresh sheets, towels changed daily, and two terraces with a great view. It was a warm, comfy place to shower and sleep after skiing. If you expect perfection, you'd be better off booking a five-star hotel. For the price, we thought the rooms were great value. The restaurant and buffet were excellent, with quality ingredients, generous portions and plenty of variety. Menus changed daily, and there was a huge dessert selection. Even though it was the busiest time of year, we found a table every day during our six-night stay, and the restaurant staff were kind and helpful. The bar had several good drinks included for free, while premium options were inexpensive. The lounge was cozy and welcoming. There was also free outdoor parking, a pool and spa, and a lovely terrace with a marvelous view. For skiing, the hotel is well placed, about five minutes from the cable car that goes to the slopes. We rented a locker up on the slopes, which meant we could leave our gear there. At check-in, the receptionist gave us a 20% discount voucher for ski equipment from SKILOC. The shop had excellent equipment and prices lower than the village shops. I'd recommend renting gear or a locker there for convenience. If you're considering the property, I'd go ahead and book.
