We, twowheeltours, were in Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne for a private cycling tour and had another hearty, sporty meal at Brasserie Le Saint Antoine. They served local dishes to all 15 of us. We sat outside and had a lovely evening.

After coming down from Col du Mollard, this was just the spot: great food, friendly staff, and a fantastic location. What more do you need?

We weren't given a drinks menu before ordering. I asked for a “beer” and was served the most expensive one available, at 9€. Tourists who don't speak French get ripped off here. What a shame. I wouldn't recommend going.

We sat right beside a small square, which was nice, but it took quite a while for our food to come. The spaghetti Bolognese was an okay meal and a pretty big plate. The staff were friendly.

It took an hour for our food to arrive. There was no salad, no bread, and the lamb came without mash or vegetables. After telling us there was no bread, they brought some to other tables.
