Axe made everyone feel welcome and put real effort into bringing the group together over a fantastic dinner. I ended up walking the whole Camino with people I met at that first meal. What a perfect start to my Camino. Thank you so much, Axe. You're a huge help to those of us setting off without a clue.

Breakfast was included in the price, 32 euros in July 2025, and the view from where I ate was beautiful. The albergue was lovely and super clean. English is the main language spoken here. The owner was kind and attentive, and the morning meditation we shared made a real mark on my journey to St Camino. Recommended!

The place has a beautiful view and was very clean, with a good bed. More than that, you could feel the Camino spirit here, with kindness, openness, and a sense of peace. Thank you very much 🙏

The location was really convenient, close to the Pilgrim’s Office, and it was a perfect place for the start of the Camino. I loved the breakfast and communal dinner. When I found out Roncesvalles was booked out, they helped me find somewhere to stay, which I was very grateful for.

The hotel is just a few steps from the information Center, where you can get your Camino Passport. The bed was comfortable, though some kind of ventilation in the room would have made it perfect. Breakfast included bread, cheese, an omelette, coffee, orange juice, a banana, and an apple.
