The breakfast cake was delicious, and there was a good range of nuts and dried fruit. I also liked the choice of pillows and cushions, the little workstation, the table that folds over the bed, and the thoughtful lighting. The decor made good use of the space, and the staff were very welcoming. My kids loved the robot concierge. I appreciated having a coffee machine, though it was awkward to reach. The mattress felt too soft, even though the bed looked comfortable. In the bathroom, I missed having a spot for my toothbrush and another towel hook or shelf near the sink. The toilet roll holder also needed to be fixed properly to the wall. There was a drink stain on a surface when we arrived. It wasn't a big deal, but it did make me wonder what else had been missed. We didn't care for the cooked breakfast: the bacon looked grey, and the sausages were unlike any I'd had before.

The staff were fantastic and very helpful, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well organized and had a nice menu. It's very close to Lyon ST Exupery Airport, and the quality for the price was good.

2/10
The room was filthy, with hair in the sink and shower, an old sock poking out from under the bed, and soap left on the bathroom floor. One pillow reeked of sweat, as if it hadn't been changed between guests. The food was good, and the people were helpful and very service-minded.

There was no free shuttle, just a taxi service costing 7 EUR each way. In the morning it ran once an hour, on the hour, which wasn't flexible. The welcome felt rather unfriendly, and the rooms were very basic and not completely clean. I found spiders and mosquitoes in the room when I went in.

The room numbering could be clearer, so it's easier to tell where the building is. After checking in around midnight, my mind was nearly asleep. The automated check-in also needs some attention: if you forget your room number, there's no way to get it again.
