The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful with directions and suggestions. We loved the soft pastel decor, and the bed was large, quite large for France! The hotel sits right in the heart of saint-Malo, with restaurants, bars and shops an easy walk away. It offers parking within the walls if you’d rather not walk from the lots outside. There are chairs out front where you can have a drink in the square. It was pouring when we visited, so we couldn’t try them, but it looked like a peaceful spot for a sunny day. Do note there’s a flight of stairs before the lift if mobility is an issue. I’d highly recommend the hotel and wish we’d been able to stay longer!

Best hôtel in St-Malo 🥰🧡 The people were lovely, and everything was really clean. They use Bio products, the beds were comfortable, and we slept well. Parking was great too. Merci beaucoup 😀 🤘🤘🖖 And I forgot to mention, the water is filtered and served in a glass bottle, not a plastic one 🙌🙌🫶💐

If you can, use the best parking outside the city, just a five-minute walk away. There’s paid underground parking too, but spaces are limited.

We had a short stay, and the very small rooms were just right for that. The hotel is cute and recently renovated, and our room was clean. Staff were friendly and welcoming. We could explore the town straight from the door, while still being a corner or two away from the main tourist strips.

Breakfast was generous and delicious, and the host was kind and helpful. I also really appreciated having secure bike storage in the small underground car park. My balcony room was beautifully presented, and the hotel felt welcoming and comfortable. For somewhere so central, it was very reasonably priced, with a simple elegance.
