It's a peaceful spot near the sea and the walking trails. St. Pierre market is about a 10-minute walk away 👣

I've spent six months a year here for 25 years. Since the new mayor was elected, St Pierre la Mer has come back to life, and I'm very happy with the changes. There are new things this year in particular, and I like it a lot. We need to keep going.

Built around 2012, this is the only residence in Saint-Pierre-la-Mer classified as a low-energy building (BBC). It has 75 villas and is beautiful, even though there were a few shortcomings at the start. Most villas have lovely views over the sea, the ponds, the Clape massif, and, farther away, Valras and Sète. It's also a secure residence.
