Nathalie's warm, attentive welcome made the stay for us, and we left happy to recommend the place. The accommodation can seem a little unusual at first, but it turned out to be a real haven of peace. The kitchen setup wasn't very practical, though the rest of the experience more than made up for it.

We only stayed one night while on a multi-day hike, and the rain was pouring that evening and again the next morning. Even though the weather made us arrive late, Nathalie greeted us kindly and made us feel welcome. You can tell there's real care going into looking after the place, and the atmosphere stayed cheerful despite how large the site is.

The forest and green surroundings are genuinely lovely, but the state of the buildings and my impression of the owner made for a jarring stay. The park felt like an abandoned summer camp, and cleanliness was a concern: suspicious marks on the doors, mold in the bathroom, and spiders everywhere. The premises are simple. The owner seemed friendly at first, then became intrusive, and later dishonest. This place has potential, but I wouldn't recommend it.

The room was spacious, but ten of us had to share it, and we counted eight spiders for two of us. The ceiling had cracks, the floors were dirty, and the bedside lamp was out because its bulb had burned out. At 8:00 a.m., cleaning staff woke us while making beds, or really moving them next to our room. I'd avoid this place.
