For an early flight, the location is the main draw: the terminal is only a five-minute walk, and staying overnight here is especially handy. It seems to be the only sizeable hotel right by the airport, though the facilities are much like a standard European B&B. That convenience comes at a price, which is higher than in major European cities.

The room was quiet, the bed really comfortable, and the staff were great. Breakfast was decent too, and the airport is an easy walk away. My only hiccup came late at night, around 11:30, when I arrived. Check-in is done on a screen, and you need an emailed code to open the door. The email took a while, so I got nervous and tried the emergency intercom. It worked fine, and everything was okay.

The optional breakfast cost a small fee and had plenty of fresh choices. Staff were friendly and accommodating, including when I checked in late, and they were happy to help with special requests. The room was comfortable, with adjustable air conditioning and fast USB Type-C charging that came in handy for my laptop. The hotel opened July 1st and is very convenient for Reunion Airport RUN. It’s about a seven-minute walk along a marked route from the airport entrance, past the car rental area and to the building by the roundabout. I’d recommend it if you need to stay near Roland Garros Airport.

Really top-notch. I had a very good experience, and the staff were so pleasant. A little wink to Adelaïde.
