The town had such a nice feel, with the river and shops close by, and we’ll definitely come back. We’ve stayed here several times and have always been happy. This time, traffic made us arrive late, but the staff waited for us, which was a lovely gesture. The team was great, breakfast was fine, and the rooms were clean. My only small gripe is that the hallway and bathroom sometimes smell odd. Maybe air fresheners would help, though I’m not sure.

The room was comfortable and really clean, and the toilet and shower space was roomy and shared only with the people in our room. There weren’t many power outlets, though it didn’t cause me any trouble. The hostel felt very secure and is right in the city centre. The staff were so nice, and breakfast is included in the price. I slept through it, unfortunately. I’d absolutely recommend it, even for a short visit.

I was travelling alone as a pilgrim in September 2020, and felt very comfortable here. The hostel is central, right beside the Abbaye aux Dames Saintes. It was clean, well looked after, and the welcome was really friendly. There’s a kitchen, a washing machine, a small garden, and everything else you need. I’d recommend it.
