The basic breakfast was tasty, and Wi-Fi was available. The owners and staff were friendly, and the place is conveniently located in town. Our room was spacious and quaint, but there’s no air conditioning and we had no hot water in the shower. I wouldn’t recommend the “Alienor” room. The historic setting has charm, though parts of it look degraded. At this price, I probably wouldn’t stay again.

The decor was great, the breakfast wonderful, and the host friendly. Parking can be a bit of a problem, especially if you don’t want to clean bird droppings off your car.

The host was welcoming and helpful. It’s a beautiful three-storey house beside the canal and parkland, close to shops and restaurants.

The rooms were amazing, clean, and tidy. Since it’s a B&B, though, I wouldn’t say it’s ideal for small children. Noisy kids aren’t really the best company for the other guests.
