Good facilities and friendly staff. It’s well placed for walking into town and close to the bus stop.

The location worked really well for a family ski trip, just beyond the village center but an easy walk in. We had everything we needed in the apartment for four, and enjoyed our stay. The kitchen utensils were worn out, though: the knives barely cut and the pans were no longer flat. Peak-season pricing felt a little high. We can’t really comment on service since we didn’t ask staff for anything; our only contact was at check-in.

We spent two nights in an apartment and found it very comfortable. Bringing our dog was easy, and both the parking and location were good. A very nice hotel, and I’d recommend it.

We’ve been coming here for at least 25 years. It feels like a lovely home away from home in Samoens.
