The village is a short walk uphill, and well worth the climb. We stayed for two nights during a bike trip and had such a lovely time. The service was excellent, and the food and wine were amazing. The restaurant serves traditional French and Mauritian dishes, and both were delicious. We'd definitely come back.

We really regret not buying some of the rose wine. It was so delicious! If you're passing by or stopping there, get some. The set menu dinner was tasty too.

Don't skip the climb to the village. It's short and well worth it. We spent two nights here on our bike tour, and the welcome, food, and wine were all incredible. The menu has both French and Mauritian dishes, and both cuisines are well worth trying. This place is a gem, and we can't wait to return.

The setting is beautiful, and we had such a great stay when we visited in Juli -24 with our little family. Our five year old and two year old were with us, and they helped arrange a crib and a smaller bed for the older child. The restaurant food was super. My husband said it was the best meat he'd ever had, so we're very happy. 😍

Attention! This hotel seems to be having financial problems. Three days later, they "accidentally" charged us twice for dinner and wouldn't refund the money while we were there. They made several promises, but we never got our money back. Watch your credit card and be aware of possible fraud. It was an absolutely terrifying experience.
