Logis Hôtel - Le Petit Bellon

The staff were great, the hotel is cozy and very well located, and there was free parking nearby. Our room was a bit small but cute and comfortable. I'd have given it four stars, except the toilet lid was loose and always seemed about to fall off. It was still completely loose after the room was cleaned following our first night. We arrived too late to raise it then. I don't know whether they would have fixed it quickly if we'd complained, but it shouldn't have been left broken and unnoticed. Even so, for the price, it's a good hotel apart from the lid, so I'm giving it three stars.

I'm back for a second visit, and the staff were lovely and helpful again. The food was beautiful, and in my opinion it was much better in quality and value than the one-star Michelin restaurant I went to in Paris last year. Thanks for a wonderful stay, and well done.

I stayed for a week because of a fair in Paris. The only real advantage of the hotel is having a place to stay, though Senlis itself is a nice place to relax. The rooms aren't furnished well enough, and there was no iron. The Wi-Fi didn't work for the first three days. Staff suggested I go to another hotel just to get online. They also didn't provide shower gel or shampoo for the last two days, and breakfast was very poor. My manager arranged the stay, otherwise I wouldn't have paid a penny.

A nice little hotel right in the city center, with clean rooms and very friendly, helpful staff. It's small, so there isn't staff around 24 hours. I didn't realize the Wi-Fi password wasn't working until it was too late. I should've checked when we arrived.
