The view was a highlight, especially while we were unwinding in the jacuzzi. The apartment had everything we needed and was ideally situated. Even with a fairly busy road out front, it was surprisingly quiet.

We only stayed one night and wished it had been longer. It was really cozy and comfortable, with lovely towels and a well-equipped kitchen. The attention to detail was spot on. We'll definitely be back xx

The Horizon apartment worked perfectly for us, with a good bed, a nice shower, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. I did miss having a little shelf in the shower for our own shampoo. The terrace and view were lovely, and although the apartment is close to the road, you can barely hear it. Having a parking spot was handy, and the welcome note with sweets was a nice touch. The location is great: near Annecy city but away from the busy tourist streets, with direct access to the lake for walks or biking. We really enjoyed our stay and would book it again.

The loft was very clean and the view was amazing. The washing machine sometimes didn't work, but I had a great stay and would recommend it.

They told me my deposit would be refunded because of Covid-19 in March, but I still haven't received it. Since then they've avoided my Facebook messages and email. I hoped to visit again after confinement, but now there's no chance. Avoid this scam at all costs!
