Auberge Saint Laurent

The atmosphere at Auberge Saint-Laurent was warm and elegant, making the place feel luxurious without losing its welcome. My wife and I have eaten at plenty of Michelin-starred restaurants, including another one nearby just days earlier, and this lunch stood out. We’re already looking forward to coming back. The service felt both professional and genuinely attentive. The staff handled our preferences easily, and the sommelier took time to talk with us and suggest wine pairings that worked beautifully with each course. The cooking was creative and precise, with lively, well-balanced flavors throughout. Desserts were a particular highlight, beautifully presented and inventive, with sweetness and refinement in good balance. Auberge Saint-Laurent delivered the kind of fine-dining experience we value, and we’d happily recommend it to anyone who appreciates that.

Dinner here was the best experience I’ve had in years. The gastronomy was excellent.

The restaurant looks great, and the manager even came out to speak with my husband, which made it clear they cared. They also kindly offered to open the pool for us, though we hadn’t been warned it was closed. We still left without staying and looked for somewhere quieter. Cars and bikes were loud in the rooms, so for the price, especially with no breakfast, we couldn’t get a decent night’s rest. The ceiling also isn’t suitable for people over 183 cm.

The terrace and the service were both lovely, and there was a nice vegetable dish. But the cuisine felt dated, with the sort of lobster and foie gras dishes you might have seen in the 70s, and it wasn’t very interesting. There were no vegan options, and nobody asked whether we would like one.
