Citadines Kléber Strasbourg

The lobby has a free coffee machine and water station, which I loved. The hotel is centrally located, very clean, and the continental breakfast was surprisingly good. Room cleaning each day costs extra, though, and the check-in after 15:00 and checkout before 11:00 felt strict. A bit more flexibility for guests would improve the stay.

The reception staff were friendly, and the Christmas market is just a few steps away. The train station is about a 10-minute walk. Thanks for providing the coffee machine and the water machine. I’d definitely stay here again if I return to Strasbourg 😊

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I’d be doing this hotel a disservice if I didn’t. The location, breakfast, cleanliness, and price are all very good compared with similar hotels. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, and I liked that complimentary tea, coffee, and lemon water were available in two different areas. I booked one night, then extended for another. My room had a small kitchenette with more than enough in it. The bathroom layout struck me as unusual, but perhaps that’s why the ventilation worked so well. If I come back to Strasbourg, this is where I’ll stay.

We spent three nights in an Apartment Deluxe with four adults and two children. There was plenty of room around the dining area, even with the sofa bed open, and the large terrace was a great place to relax after sightseeing. The apartment was modern, clean, and nicely furnished. The kitchen was fully equipped with a kettle, microwave, and dishwasher, and they’d even provided dishwasher tablets. The location is superb, close to the center with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. I’d happily stay here again.
