The flat is right by the C tram stop, just a minute or two away, and shopping is on the ground floor. Its location was my favorite part. Getting in means going through a big gate, then a tiny elevator with a very heavy door up to the fourth floor. The old building has a main door that opens onto two apartment doors, and there's also a clinic on that floor. Tram noise is loud with the windows open. I visited in spring, so keeping them closed without air conditioning was okay. Cleanliness could be better: the fittings felt cheap, and I folded away the carpet because it looked dusty and dirty. Overall, I liked the location, but the apartment's cleanliness and quality need work.

The style was just right, and everything was very clean. I've visited lots of places in Strasbourg, but this was the best apartment I've seen so far. It was lovely, right in the heart of Strasbourg. Thank you so much!

The elevator wasn't working, and the corridors had no lights. The bathroom drainage also needs maintenance, especially around the shower.

We had a very obliging host, and the location was good and central.

We'd book this apartment again, especially for the service and value for money. We stayed four days with our children, and our contact person was friendly, helpful, and always reachable with questions or problems. Getting around was easy: the center is a five-minute walk, the main station is three tram stops away, and public transport connections are great. There's a small elevator, plus a coffee maker, kettle, TV with German channels, and Wi-Fi. A washing machine was theoretically available too. The building is old and fairly noisy, which is to be expected in the city center. It didn't bother us, since we were mostly there to sleep, and we had no actual problems with the noise. The bathroom could have been cleaner: the shower was a bit limescaled and worn. Some furnishings, including the lamps, also showed wear.
