Homely-touch

The apartment itself is exceptionally beautiful, well located, very clean, and furnished with carefully chosen, high-quality pieces. The beds are comfortable. But our experience with the downstairs neighbors, Mr. Ackermann and Ms. Speroni, was frightening. As our group of five women carried our bags upstairs, we were immediately verbally abused. About a minute after we got to the room, a man aggressively knocked. When we opened the door, he shouted, "We have a problem!" He came inside, yelled at us in French, and gestured wildly. We asked him in English to leave, but Mr. Ackermann pushed against the door, and we could only shut it with all our strength. We were truly afraid. Later, we went downstairs quietly so as not to disturb Mr. Ackermann. My sister suddenly slipped and fell backward, hitting her head on a step. We saw that oil had been spilled on the stairs. We rang the bell at Ackermann and Speroni's door, and the woman verbally abused us. She was holding a baby, and her husband apparently wasn't there. After she closed the door, we heard Mrs. Speroni on the phone saying, "That big bitch was standing at the door. Her sister fell. She wants to call the police." The police were informed. It's unbelievable that Mr. Ackermann would risk someone being seriously hurt because he's personally upset. Please beware of this aggressive man.

The staff are pleasant and professional, and they listen to their customers.
