The room had a cozy feel, a comfortable bed and pillows, and its own decor that gave it character. It was clean and had a good amount of space, though the gap between the bed and the TV wall was narrow and felt a bit tight to pass through. After full days walking around the city, the bed was especially welcome. We found the location fantastic: cafés, restaurants, pastry shops and main sights are right downstairs, and you can walk to almost everything, particularly during Christmas market season. We came by train from Paris and reached the hotel by tram in about eight minutes. Staff were friendly, welcoming and multilingual, and there is a nice restaurant on the lobby floor. It also worked well as a base for day trips, with straightforward, stress-free trips to Colmar, Eguisheim and other nearby towns. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back or recommend it as an easy home base for exploring.

Flavio was wonderful when we arrived 👏. The hotel has a classy but relaxed feel, with Art Deco vibes. It's right in the heart of the city, easy to walk to from the train station, and surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops. A great end to our holiday x

The location is very central, right next to Galeries Lafayette, and we explored the whole city on foot. The restaurant and bar were great, and the breakfast is to die for, with amazing service in a lovely setting. If you're arriving by car, call ahead to reserve a spot and get directions and the code for access to the area. Room cleaning was exceptionally good too. We loved it ❤️, a very good place to stay in the middle of Strasbourg!

I usually stay loyal to Marriott and am typically a Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis, or Luxury Collection guest, so I wasn't sure what to expect here. What stood out was the level of service. Everyone, from the front desk and concierge to housekeeping and the breakfast wait staff, was friendly. The breakfast team greeted us each morning with smiles and made us feel at home. You can see genuine passion throughout. Congratulations to the management team, you should be proud of your employees.

The place has a great story about its history, and the spa and sauna were superb. My room was extremely clean and had blackout curtains; the radiator kept it comfortable, and the tram going by at night didn't bother me. Service was amazing and breakfast was tip top. I can't wait to come back to this amazing hotel.
