The breakfasts were both perfect and delicious, and the bedding was impeccable. Our accommodation was very clean, too. Pauline and I had a lovely time at La Virgule in Tanlay, thanks to the warm welcome and friendly, helpful hosts. We'd be very happy to return, and recommend it 100%. Frédérique.

Marie is so genuinely welcoming, and she can tell you about the region if you need a bit of information. The house has all the comforts for a relaxing break, especially the wonderfully comfortable bed, soft towels, and a shower you won't want to get out of. La Virgule really does feel like a cozy little haven, and saying goodbye to charming Marie and Lili the Cat was hard. Thank you, we'll definitely come back!

Marie, thank you for such a lovely stay. The setting is charming, the bed was excellent, and breakfast was exquisite. With the castle right there, the location is ideal. Honestly, it was perfect, we loved it!

The hostess was delightful and served a delicious breakfast. The stay was especially pleasant and felt unique, right at the entrance to the imposing Château de Tanlay. Highly recommended if you're looking to spend time in a beautiful, peaceful region.

The owner can prepare dinner on request, simple and good! This is a charming guesthouse by Château de Tanlay. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with its own bathroom.
