Caroline was warm and clearly tried hard to make us comfortable. The food was fine, though there wasn't much of it. The room felt old and musty, with air that was hard on my lungs. The bathroom had been cleaned, but its age and wear made it difficult to use. The pillows and bed linen need replacing.

A quiet, private little apartment, and a handy stop close to the autoroute. The owner brings breakfast to the room. It's also well placed if you want to pick up some good Loire wines to take home.

We had a very good breakfast, and the guestlady was welcoming and spoke English too. The house is beautiful and the rooms are good. A really nice place!

The place is absolutely gorgeous, and the owner was lovely. We were there as a family, including someone in a wheelchair, and the service felt very personal.
