B&B HOTEL Reims Tinqueux

Getting into the room meant entering a code, which was awkward. A card would be quicker. The accessible room was too cramped for a wheelchair, and there was barely space for anything else: one chair, no comfortable seat besides the bed, and no room for a kettle. The bed itself was tiny and uncomfortable. Lighting was so poor I couldn't put my contact lenses in. Breakfast wasn't worth the money either.

Good value, with restaurants nearby and a very helpful receptionist. The room was comfortable and well equipped, the bed was comfortable too, and the shower was good.

We booked through the hotels app and had no problems at any point. The place was easy to find, with shops and places to eat close by. Staff were welcoming, payment and booking were straightforward, and the room was clean and really comfortable. We slept well. Checkout the next morning wasn't rushed, and someone was there in case anything came up. I'd happily stay again on future trips.

A quiet, dark room made for a good night's rest, and breakfast was plentiful. We arrived late during a long drive to the Alps, but the staff were friendly and had already set up a cot, so we could move our sleeping toddler without waking them.
