The staff were friendly and tried to help, even with limited English. The room was clean and the hotel is well placed for Disneyland, less than 20 minutes away by train. The town itself is small and doesn't have much for tourists, so I'd stay here only if Disneyland is the main reason for the trip. The pillows weren't comfortable and could do with replacing. Also, checkout is at 12 PM, not 1 PM as Booking.com says.

The continental breakfast was good, and there are lots of restaurants just around the corner within walking distance. The location is excellent for Disneyland, just a 15-20 minute ride on the RER A. The staff were really unfriendly and had trouble understanding English. The rooms were basic and not very clean. Just something to know before you consider staying here.

There are around 20 restaurants nearby, plus a pharmacy and a big Carrefour if you need one. The location is very convenient too, about 15-20 minutes by train on the RER A to Disneyland and roughly 40 minutes to Paris city centre. Reception staff were very nice, but management should speak with housekeeping about getting rooms better prepared. Breakfast was okay. It's a buffet and the quality was fine, nothing to complain about. We were two adults with a two-year-old, and the room felt a bit too small. It would be perfect for two adults.

Restaurants, the train stations, and dinner options are conveniently located nearby, but the staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful. We asked for a separate bedroom and got a queen bed instead. They said they couldn't move us because we were travelling as a group. We also couldn't get an extra blanket because the blanket room was closed. Our group was made to eat breakfast in a separate room. There were no eggs, not enough bread for everyone, and it was a watered-down version of the normal breakfast. Staff barely spoke English and were rude. They should take courses in several areas. I won't return or recommend this hotel. There are better places nearby for the same or less money.

It's well located for a Disneyland visit, but I would avoid this hotel. There was a cockroach in our first room, and we showed the evidence at reception. The next day, we put the no-cleaning sign on the door because we didn't want anyone entering. They ignored it, and a valuable item of clothing was taken from the room. When we raised it at reception, the receptionist said they couldn't understand our English. Avoid.
