Aparthotel Adagio Access Toulouse Jolimont

In room 211, the bed was comfortable, the aircon worked, and there was a decent amount of kitchen gear. The window opened, and the water pressure was good at both the shower and tap. Jolimont Metro and the nearby bus stops, including Jolimont Bus Station, were right there, and the staff were friendly. One annoyance was that shower water drained into the gap between the shower and bathroom counter, so I had to dry it up afterward. A few things could be better: clearer waste disposal instructions, food waste bins in the room and communal bin area, and more local, conscious cleaning products. A cleaning spray and cloth would help with the surfaces. They only provided a sponge, washing-up liquid, and tea towel. I could have asked Reception, I suppose, but it makes sense to have those items for cleaning the kitchen. Signs at Jolimont Metro Station and Bus Station pointing to Aparthotel Adagio would also help, and the optional breakfast could use vegan choices.

The reception people were cheerful and kind, and the hotel is affordable and close to the city center. My room had a small, well-equipped kitchen. One downside was having to pay extra for a floor room because the elevator wasn't working when I arrived 😕.

It's a very basic hotel, and I didn't see a pool when I was there in December. Maybe it's nice in summer. The location is great, close to the Centre and right beside the Metro station.

The place was freezing. There was one broken heater in the bathroom, and the pull string only worked for five minutes before it switched off. Only one element worked, and I was cold the whole time. Nobody asked me how my stay was, or I would have complained. I also hadn't been told that I had to clean the kitchen area and take out the trash. I basically felt like the maid, and there would have been a fee if I didn't do it. I don't recommend this place, and I won't be back.
