The room was large for such a low price, but it was freezing, the floor was sticky, it smelled of tobacco, and the heater didn't work. When we asked for help, staff told us to bring the keys back to exchange them. At 10 pm in December, I didn't want to make a 30-minute walk. The shower floor was covered in mold or, I hope not, bodily fluids, and the sink kept leaking and making an annoying noise all night. The part that felt most unprofessional was being asked to leave before our stay was over without a valid reason. The cleaning lady lied about when we needed to hand over the keys and pressured us to go. A woman who looked like another customer was behind her and seemed very embarrassed, presumably because she didn't want the cleaning lady forcing us out. I felt like the whole experience was a joke, as if I were being filmed. This also goes beyond the stay itself, but read the other comments. The owner always seems to reply with something like "you are lying" instead of reflecting, apologizing, or thinking about fixing the problems. That was exactly how we felt treated by the staff too. The customer is definitely not king here.

‼️‼️This hotel was so dirty that my partner and I had to leave and find another hotel for the night. We stayed for no more than two hours before deciding to get out as soon as possible, because we kept scratching our whole bodies from the dirt. It didn't feel safe to stay there either. Someone also tried to open our door so many times, which made us feel really unsafe. Please don't waste your money here. There are so many cleaner places. It costs nothing to clean a hotel room.‼️‼️

This was the scariest house I've ever lived in. Someone outside my door tried to open it so many times, and another night someone kicked the door in the middle of the night. Please don't stay at this hotel or apartment. It's dangerous.

I’ve never stayed somewhere this awful. It was a filthy hole, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. Don’t go there!
