The pool was lovely, and Saint-Cirque Lapopie is about a 20-minute walk away. Most other things are an hour's drive. The gîte itself doesn't work well for the advertised group size: it has 12 place settings, but no properly equipped kitchen and not enough food for a large group. It feels more like a dormitory, with one bed in the hallway between bedrooms. The downstairs floor creaks and disturbs people in the three-person bedroom. The owners live on site and keep a close eye on everything. The region is beautiful, but I wouldn't recommend this gîte because too many amenities are missing or unsuitable.

The pool was a highlight, and from the cottage terrace we could watch the kids while we had happy hour. We were a climbing club of about twenty and rented the two adjoining cottages for four nights. They worked really well for a big group and made it easy to spend time together. The location suited us too, near the Liauzu Via Ferrata and the cliffs, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We were warmly welcomed throughout our stay. Everyone was delighted, and we'd gladly come back to explore more of the climbing areas and scenery. Thanks again!

The pool is a real bonus, and the place has plenty of authenticity. We had two adjoining cottages with lots of capacity, and everything seemed to have been thought through. The bedding was excellent, the owner charming, and the surroundings magnificent. A lovely address to remember for exploring the region, where there's so much to discover.

We had two impeccable stays in this comfortable cottage. It's in a magical spot near the Lot River and Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, and the renovation keeps the original character while adding a lot of taste. The saltwater pool was amazing. The owner was very athletic, extremely friendly, and accommodating.

Christophe was a welcoming, attentive host who was always available. When our children spent a lot of time playing in the huge garden, he came back with a brand new football so the family could play together. The cottage has been tastefully renovated and keeps its authentic charm while still being comfortable. It worked perfectly for 12 and was ideal for a family with children, with the pool and large garden. The region is magnificent for its culture, food, sports, and scenery. We had a peaceful, relaxing, refreshing stay in an ideal location.
