10/10
We had a car full of kit for the drive through France, so it was great to have secure parking. It costs extra and needs to be booked ahead. The hotel was very clean, though the rooms felt a little dated. Service and welcome were excellent, and there was a very good choice at breakfast. The location was ideal for walking everywhere, and worked perfectly for an overnight stop to explore Tours and break up our journey.

Finally, a beautiful place with wonderful arts and crafts and great food, made all the better by the friendly people. The receptionists were tremendous and the staff were so helpful. You couldn't ask for a better location. And the pillows, and air conditioning! Well done.

We spent three days here while visiting some castles in the Loire Valley, and really enjoyed staying here. The area is quiet and nice, with easy access to the old town. The hotel was very clean, the service was great, and the location was super.

Secure parking in a fabulous city location, and lovely staff. Highly recommended.

The rooms are large, and breakfast had an excellent range of choices, with an outdoor patio if you'd like to sit there. The staff were very friendly. It's a great base for visitors to Tours, close enough for short walks to the Ferris wheel and central square. If you're driving, be sure to reserve a space ahead, then you can park right at the hotel.
