We found the welcome simple and friendly, and breakfast was decent. We didn't try the restaurant this time, though the menu looked tempting, so we'll give it a go next time. Our room was spacious, pleasant, clean, air-conditioned, and had perfect bedding. Even with the convention center nearby, it was very quiet. The hotel is well placed for the city centre, train station, and public transport.

We got a very warm welcome, and the room had air conditioning, a spacious bathroom, and perfect bedding. The hotel is ideally located, very clean, and recently renovated with taste. We highly recommend it.

There was no elevator, and the staircase was so narrow that handling luggage was a major problem. The room was tiny, with only a small clothes niche behind the nightstand. I couldn't lock the bedroom door from inside, fully open the bathroom door because it caught on the floor, or lift the toilet lid. This doesn't deserve to be called a hotel. Avoid.

We received a very warm welcome, and the room was air-conditioned, with comfortable bedding and a fairly spacious bathroom. The hotel is in an ideal location and is quiet. We'd definitely come back.

A small hotel with a great spot, close to both the train station and the old town. Everything looked recently renovated, and the room was comfortable, fully equipped, furnished nicely, and tastefully decorated. The welcome was excellent, helpful, and kind. Breakfast at the restaurant next door was very good. If we return to Tours, we'll stay here without hesitation.
