La Maison Jules

It felt like staying with a stylish French friend in Tours. Alex is such a fun, friendly host, and the rooms are gorgeous. The place is right in the center, close to the cathedral and everything else. I can’t recommend it enough.

Alexandra made us feel at home during our lovely two-night stay at Maison Jules. Our room was roomy and comfortable, with a beautiful traditional feel and modern amenities. Breakfast was delicious. I’d definitely recommend it.

The street is quiet, even though it’s an easy walk to everything, including the train station. I loved staying here. Alexandra was friendly and very accommodating, the house was clean, and the bedroom was really comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful and much appreciated. I’d gladly come back.

The room is lovely and quiet, and after a long day I really appreciated the huge tub and plenty of hot water. We also liked being able to pick up deli food at the nearby Miromax and eat in the hotel’s dining area. The Tourist Center, where tours start, is a five-minute walk, and the station is eight minutes on foot, even with luggage. It’s our first visit to Tours, and we picked this place from the photos and reviews. We’re glad we did. Alexandra is just as nice and helpful as people have said. We’ll be back and will definitely stay here again.
