The reception team were incredibly nice and helpful, which is why I’m giving this three stars instead of one. Without the spider problem, I would’ve given five. I stayed six nights. At first the room looked clean, but there was a large spider on the wall. I left it there, expecting housekeeping to deal with it, but they didn’t, and more spiders appeared during my stay. On the last day I found another one by the juice dispenser at breakfast. Bugs shouldn’t be anywhere near food. It seems clear they have a spider or bug problem.

We chose this simple, clean hotel for the final night of our Paris and Bordeaux trip, since we had an early flight from CDG the next morning. It’s in a quiet area and worked well for a short stay or stopover.

After a very long, stressful day and an accident while traveling in Paris, RAC arranged a last-minute stay for us. We arrived to a warm welcome, got our rooms, slept well, and had a lovely breakfast in the morning before getting back on the phone to sort out travel arrangements home. The hotel itself was amazing, but the owner, I believe he was, was especially kind and understanding. He let us wait in the hotel courtyard while we arranged travel and waited to see what would happen next. His hospitality was out of this world. My wife, our friends who were traveling with us, and I couldn’t be more thankful. I hope to come back soon for a more relaxing break. Thank you so much.

Dinner was good, and they were able to customize it for the kids. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and ready to help with different needs. It’s a nice hotel next to CDG. A/C in the family rooms would be a welcome addition.

The map can fool you: it’s a good 10 km drive from the expo. The place itself is nice, with parking and a restorant, but my room was rather small and the bathroom door had a strange design.
