Green hôtels Parc des Expositions

The reception staff were the one good part of my stay. The restaurant was a disaster, with rude, unprofessional staff and no sense of basic etiquette. While I was eating, a waiter scrubbed the next table so aggressively that crumbs and dirt landed right on my plate. Completely unacceptable and disrespectful to guests. There were plenty of other unpleasant moments in the dining area too. I strongly do NOT recommend this hotel.

A clean place with nice staff. It was well located for the concert at arena grand paris, and close to the station too, so getting into the centre of paris was easy.

We found the stay good value, with free parking and a really complete breakfast for €12. There was sweet and savory food, hot and cold options, pretty much everything you could think of. The room price felt more than fair. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well looked after, which matters most to me. The train line is only a few minutes on foot and takes about 50 minutes to reach the city centre. The lobby had a strange, unpleasant smell, a bit like cleaning products. Some guests were noisy in the morning, and the walls let through everything, so light sleepers could get woken up. Still, I’d recommend it for the cleanliness, location and value, as long as the smell and noise aren’t deal-breakers for you.

easyJet put me here after an unexpected flight cancellation, and the experience was deeply disappointing. The bathroom was grimy and dirty, as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The bed looked used, with messy sheets and visible stains. The room’s cleanliness was penultimate, and I was so disgusted that I chose not to sleep there. A very unpleasant stay, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone wanting clean, comfortable accommodation.
