Best Western Premier Clos Syrah Hotel & Spa

We had a very comfortable stay, and the location and restaurant were both great. The staff were patient and accommodating even though my French isn’t very good. I arrived by train and taxi, so I didn’t use the parking and can’t rate it, though I imagine it’s fine. Highly recommend!

The reception team were especially friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless, modern, and had all the comforts we needed. A really good stay at a lovely hotel, and one I’d recommend.

The pool was fun, the food was delicious, and the beds and pillows were decent. It’s also a handy stop when driving from the UK to Italy, and the staff were genuinely charming and helpful. Next time I’d ask for a room with a balcony or terrace. Ours had little windows and felt too dim, and the dark grey decor just seemed gloomy to me. The food and drinks were good, though dinner felt pricey.

We usually stay here with our little dog, who’s always made welcome. Once I left behind some hair gel, and they got in touch within hours to ask whether to keep it for my next visit or send it to me. That kind of care beats what I’ve had at plenty of five-star hotels. The night manager is also alert and ready to help when we set off very early. The hotel is close to the Route du Soleil, easy to reach, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful, with lovely green surroundings. We often book a patio room that opens onto the garden and pool. The rooms are well thought out, the food and drinks are excellent, and everyone speaks English or puts up with my school French. We stop here often on the way south, usually just for a short stay, but each visit makes me want to come back for longer. The parking area is lit and gated at night. Honestly, it’s a great hotel.
