I’m not reviewing the hotel or restaurant, just the parcel pickup service, which this team needs to stop offering. My package was mistakenly given to another customer even though it had a QR code. The staff were unpleasant and overwhelmed, and it wasn’t clear who was in charge, as that seemed to change depending on the situation. They showed no self-reflection, apology, solution, or consideration. Instead, I was told I was talking nonsense and twisting things, and that I was driving them crazy. They brought up their good TikTok ratings and the mayor congratulating them. This is the strangest team I’ve ever dealt with. If you need to collect a package, avoid this place at all costs!

The people managing this pickup point should remember that the packages are their responsibility until they reach the recipient. They’re supposed to prevent theft by checking the QR code or ID every time, but they handed my package to the wrong person and then suggested the customer was lying instead of admitting the mistake. Their storage area at the back was plainly disorganized, with packages loose on chairs and tables, and returned parcels mixed in with those waiting to be collected. They’re also meant to know each carrier’s procedures and provide decent service, which isn’t what happens when people are talked down to or made to feel like a nuisance, or when their son repeatedly says he’s fed up looking for a package. Running this service brings in extra income, more foot traffic, and potentially customer loyalty and a better image. Given how customers are treated, though, loyalty isn’t guaranteed, and the image hasn’t improved. I’ve reported this behavior because I can’t tolerate such unprofessionalism from people who might be fired on the spot if they acted the same way outside their family business. I hope they reflect, though I doubt it, and I won’t be checking ;)

The meals were simple but very good. The room had plain decor, though it was comfortable, and the owner was extremely accommodating.

The rooms are decent, but the walls might as well be cardboard. You hear everything next door, from the shower and toilet to snoring. Breakfast was just a piece of bread and a croissant, with coffee charged extra, so it was poor value for money. The managers showed no hospitality. In reply to the owner, I wouldn’t stay another night or recommend this place. If you’re running a business, you should at least be courteous. Avoid it.
