The chatelaine was so welcoming, and she served a delicious breakfast. The room was clean and nicely decorated, too. If you want to be treated like royalty, this wonderful castle is the place to go. And make sure you enjoy the pool!

We had a lovely chat with the owner and her sister about the castles nearby. The breakfast was very good: bread, croissants, pains au chocolat, homemade crêpes, organic apple juice, tea and coffee. This beautiful countryside castle gave us a warm welcome from the chatelain. The room was cozy and super clean, and the swimming pool was excellent and heated. We even sunbathed in the garden around it. We highly recommend this maison d'hôtes!

We’ve been to this friendly little Chateau near Saumur four times now. The room has its own authentic character, with a classy chateau style, and the location is quiet and private. We met the new owners on this visit. They’re making sure the monument will be handed on to the next generation in excellent condition. The husband looks after breakfast and is a top host!

The houselady was great and helped in every way she could. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, and the bathroom was good. A great place to stay.
