We first got the wrong accessible room, but staff corrected it quickly. It was on the ground floor, though the bath was too high for my elderly mother to step into for a shower, so it wasn’t fully accessible. All the clothes rails were at wheelchair-user height, which suited Mum, but there was nowhere higher for me to hang clothes and no coat hooks at different heights. The beds were like rocks. With no net curtains on our ground-floor window, we couldn’t open the curtains because people smoking outside could see in. Someone even waved at us.

The calm atmosphere was just what I needed, and the room was clean and comfortable. I stayed last night and had a great time 😊 The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. A nice place to rest and enjoy positive vibes. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality, I definitely recommend it.

The location is very good, the check-in staff were friendly, and the bed was comfortable. But there was mould in several spots on the ceiling by the window. Our room was unlocked when we arrived, with a robot vacuum and cleaning cloth still inside, and there was a long hair in the sink. Those issues let the stay down.

The rooms were tidy and clean, and Stonehenge is only a few minutes away, which makes the location great. Parking is limited, and the building could do with some renovation.

There’s plenty of free parking for hotel guests in the overflow lot at the north edge of the site. The reasonably priced little motel was clean, in a small wooded services roundabout, with a multipurpose restaurant nearby, BK/Greggs/Subway, and a Shell station just a few feet away. Stonehenge, Durrington Walls, hiking options, and regional MOD bases are a mile or two from here.
