We had a brilliant time here and are already planning to book again later this year. The little cottage was cosy and lovely for the two of us and our toddler, with amazing views, and the hosts were so kind and accommodating. The hot tub and cave experience was stunning too. There are great walks nearby and several excellent pubs. Hard to find anything to fault. A++++

We spent a week in the accessible cottage and had a great stay. The farm made a handy base for hilly circular bike rides, and we were able to keep our bikes in the barn. Upstairs, the art gallery was so tempting that you may leave with more art than you arrived with. Sue and Terry were wonderfully welcoming and helpful, and every evening we enjoyed drinks beside the pond with a fire. Everything worked, and we'd highly recommend it.

The cottage felt like a home away from home, clean and comfortable. Beechenhill Farm is a great base for exploring the Peak District, with Ilam Park and Dovedale right nearby. We'd happily recommend it and hope to return.

The views and the quiet made this such a lovely break. Our cottage by the Pond had everything we needed, and Sue & Terry were warm hosts who were happy to help with anything. We’re already looking forward to another visit.

It looks lovely, but getting here really seems to require a car. The nearest bus stop is an hour and a half away.
