Leamington House Hotel

The 3/4 bed was a struggle for us, and a bigger one would improve the place. Otherwise, we had a great stay, with a great team and location. The main beach and attractions are just a three-minute walk away, while the hotel is far enough out to avoid late-night noise. Paul gave us a warm welcome. Our room was a decent size and came well equipped, even with tea, coffee, shower gel, soap, shampoo and conditioner, which we hadn't expected. Breakfast had plenty of cereal and a choice of full English dishes. It was hot and nicely presented, and the woman serving was very thoughtful and hospitable, checking that everyone had enough of what they wanted.

Check-out isn't until 10:30, so there was no need to rush. The owner gave us a lovely welcome, and the clean room had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and I slept like a baby. Breakfast and service were fabulous. Just a fantastic B&B, and I'll recommend it and come back.

This was my second visit, and I enjoyed it just as much as the first. The owner gave excellent service, and being right by the sea was lovely. I slept like a baby and had a lovely breakfast, too. It takes a minute to get the shower to the right temperature, but otherwise it was a really enjoyable stay.

The hotel is right on the seafront, so the beautiful beach is just across the road. Our room was clean, the bed very comfortable, and the windows kept outside noise out. The host was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was included, with cereals, juice, tea and coffee, toast and preserves, plus cooked food. We booked this as a last-minute trip. Check-in was at 3 pm. There's free roadside parking outside, but it's first come, first served. If you need to pay for parking, I'd suggest paying for a few hours, then moving the car to the road for overnight parking, which is what I did. Hopefully we'll stay here again next year.
