The apartment had a really good view and was much easier overall than I expected. It’s a stone’s throw from the shops by the station. The house was friendly and available when I needed it, and Sandy would recommend coming here again. Nice and clean, with a very easy check-in.

The estate is well maintained and handy for the main railway station and shopping precinct. I’m giving it five stars on the basis that the cladding is being replaced as I write this in Dec 2021. It could use more visitor parking, though. Maybe the extra spaces provided for residents displaced by the scaffolding will be kept for visitors.

This spacious two-bedroom apartment on the fourth floor of Winterthur way in Basingstoke town centre gave us a perfect weekend. It was really clean and comfortable, with all the mod cons, and there was loads of room. The shopping centre is a stone’s throw away, and it’s a really nice part of Basingstoke. This is now my go-to place when I’m staying in the area. Thank you, Col
