The Coach House

The owners are lovely and always happy to help, and the place has all the equipment you could need for a short or long stay. They leave fresh milk, butter, eggs, bacon and cereals for breakfast, too. There’s a parking space just for you and a nice shop within easy walking distance. Plenty of places to eat nearby, though I prefer cooking for myself. I’ve stayed here three times while working near Basingstoke, and once for a weekend with my better half. It’s become my bolt hole. The house is clean, warm, calm and quiet, with thoughtful touches and lovely decor. The shower is great and the bed is comfortable. I’ll be back.

Diane did so much to make our stay happy, and you can tell she loves what she does. The flat was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had thoughtful little extras all over the place. Even the whole place smelled divine. We had an amazing stay in a beautiful home, and I’ll definitely return and recommend it to friends and family. Thank you for everything, Diane x

I’ve used this place as a mini retreat a few times, and it’s always impeccable. The bedroom and bathroom are immaculate, and the open-plan kitchen and living room are lovely. There’s also a small desk downstairs if you need to work, plus a little patio out back. It’s not huge, but it doesn’t need to be for two people. Diane is a wonderful host, quick to reply and great at communicating. She takes feedback on board, put out an outdoor lamp, and even left me a birthday balloon on my special day. The modern apartment is clean and full of nice touches, like sweets, books and a stocked fridge. There’s also a detailed folder with places to visit and eat. I’d definitely recommend it and will stay again. Thank you, Diane, you’re a super host and a wonderful person.

My son and daughter-in-law were really pleased with the one-bedroom home-from-home I chose for them. Our house was full with other family members, so I rented 17 Brockham Grange (The Coach House) for them. The property was immaculate, very well equipped and came with breakfast items. Diane was incredibly helpful throughout. We’d happily book again if the same sort of need comes up, and I can heartily recommend it to anyone looking for a one-bedroom stay.
