Katherine was a fabulous, friendly host, and the breakfast was amazing. It was nice meeting the other guests, and there were homemade brownies too. The room had a coffee machine as well as a kettle. We had the large room with a super king-size bed, which was very comfortable, and everything was very clean. Abbyrise is close to Bath city centre. The walk back is uphill, but there’s a bus stop right outside if you’d rather take the bus. We had a lovely stay and would recommend it.

The breakfast is fantastic, so don’t miss it. Each evening you can choose what you want the next morning, and it’s served from 8:15 to 9:15. Katherine is a lovely host and a wonderful cook. Our room at Abbey Rise was clean and nicely decorated. The location’s superb, less than a ten-minute walk from the Roman Baths, the city centre, and supermarkets. I’d love to stay again when I’m back in Bath.

After being out all day in really hot weather, we came back to find a big jug of ice-cold water waiting just inside the front door. Such a thoughtful little touch. The room had all the comforts of home, and parking was provided. Katherine made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed chatting over the lovely breakfast she cooked, and she was great company. Abbey Rise is a short walk from the centre, in a perfect spot. Definitely recommend staying here.

We arrived a bit earlier than planned, and Katherine was happy to help. She found us a parking space and let us park. The rooms are cosy, clean, and have everything you need, and the service was really friendly. We felt very welcome. Breakfast was lovely. If you get the chance, don’t skip the brownie, it’s amazing! We stayed one night and would be happy to return when we’re back in Bath.

Katherine was lovely and accommodating, and breakfast had a tasty range of options. The room was very clean and had thoughtful extras, including tea and an electric kettle. It’s a short walk from both the train station and the city centre. Excellent B&B, and we’ll definitely stay again next time we’re in Bath.
